An-Najah Academy is an accredited and licensed training institution in the Sultanate of Oman from the Ministry of Education higher education, scientific research and innovation with commercial register no 2208369, headquartered in Dhofar Governorate, Salalah State, and the Academy was established in 2005

Why An-Najah Academy for Human Development

  • The Academy of Success has witnessed three stages since the establishment of the Center for Human Development in 2005 and was registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with license No. 2208369 as a joint venture, and since its inception it took its place in the Hamdan Plaza Hotel in Salalah, and at a later stage it was registered with the Ministry of Manpower as an office Training services, under the name of the Office of Success for Human Development. Since its inception, the center has continued to provide many training courses for institutions and the public inside and outside the Sultanate. In order to develop its programs and services, it has concluded cooperation agreements in the field of training and holding conferences with many Arab and international academic and training institutions, including: - Guidance Center for Human Resource Planning in Malaysia. - Canadian Center for Human Development in Canada. - British Academy for Human Resources Development in Britain. - Al-Nafie Center for Consultations, Studies and Training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The center has been working since its inception to provide training services, consultations, publications, organizing conferences, seminars and festivals that stimulate people’s capabilities and motivate them to work and create, and in 2021 the Office of An-Najah for Human Development was transformed into the Academy of An-Najah for Human Development and a license was issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with the same commercial registration number 2208369 dated 11 / 11 / 2021 under license number L1533073, and the academy is licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to practice the activity of organizing and managing conferences, exhibitions and festivals, as well as family and social counseling.

Canadian Center for Human Development The center was established by the late Dr. Ibrahim Al-Feki. It specializes in training in all fields. It employs a group of experts, consultants, and university professors who have extensive experience in providing training solutions, starting from executive management skills to higher management levels, and training services that depend in their design and implementation mainly on Transferring practical experiences to trainees through experts, professionals, and practitioners, and through applied practical cases derived from practical reality, with the expansion of business volume and the rapid development in the requirements of the corporate sector and huge institutional entities. The Academy is also open to various training methods, strategies and techniques, which have shown success in providing trainees with attitudes and skills that help them bring about positive change and self-development.

In the same year, he received a certificate for the best trainer from the Royal Court Affairs on the occasion of the 40th National Day in 2010. The Academy continues to develop and expand its activities and services in the field of organizing and managing conferences and exhibitions forums, events and festivals management, and to achieve further development and growth in this field; she has joined The Academy recently joined the Arab Union for International Exhibitions and Conferences (AUIEC) affiliated to the League of States Arabic in Cairo.
